Shipping fees are pre-defined and carrier at your selection depending on the parcel weight/size and country of purchase. You can however contact us for a quote or if you have any specific shipping wish. Usual carriers we use are Mondial Relay for France and neighbouring countries, Chronopost (DPD group), French postal services (Colissimo), UPS or Swiss Post.

We usually ship out at maximum within 3 business days from the order. This can vary depending on the numbers of orders and the type of carrier selected (for instance some carriers do not collect parcels on specific days of the week).

Once shipped out you will be communicated with the tracking number of your parcel and, when available, the direct link to follow your parcel. Estimated time to delivery really depends on the carrier and the country of destination. It can vary from 2 business days up to 1-2 weeks.
